Starter has no monthly fee
Free events cost nothing. A paid order carries one booking fee, per order and never per ticket, shown before payment. Your buyer pays it, or you absorb it.

Work out a fee
Set a price and a payment method. This runs the same sum checkout does.
The booking fee
Set by how your buyer pays, charged once per order and never per ticket.
| How the buyer pays | Booking fee | On a RM 30 order | On a RM 300 order |
|---|---|---|---|
| FPX online banking | RM 3.00 per order | RM 3.00 | RM 3.00 |
| Card | 3% of the order | RM 0.90 | RM 9.00 |
| DuitNow QR | 3% of the order | RM 0.90 | RM 9.00 |
| E-wallet | 3% of the order | RM 0.90 | RM 9.00 |
Your buyer sees the fee before paying. You can absorb it instead, and they pay the ticket price only. Free events carry no fee.

Is there a monthly fee?
Not on Starter, the plan every organizer starts on. TicketCARE is paid through the booking fee on paid orders.
Who pays the booking fee?
Your buyer, unless you choose to absorb it. It is shown to them before they pay. If you absorb it, they pay the ticket price only and the fee comes from the ticket money.
Do free events carry a fee?
No. An order whose tickets cost nothing carries no booking fee and needs no payment.
Why per order and not per ticket?
A buyer who takes four tickets pays one fee, not four. Where a payment method's fee is a percentage, it is a percentage of the order total.
