From your poster to their ticket
Your poster.
The one you already made, for the wall or the group chat.
Its colours, measured.
Shrunk to 2,304 pixels and sorted into six colours. The largest sets the ground, the boldest becomes the accent, and the ink and accent are checked for contrast against the ground.
Your page, built.
The event page wears the poster. Type your event's name into it.
Their ticket, in hand.
Reserve, pay, and the ticket arrives as a link. No app, no account.

2,304 pixels. The poster at 48 × 48, exactly what the code reads.

On the page
- Ground #1E0F24
- The hue of #2B1136, the largest colour, deepened so the page frames the poster instead of competing with it.

- A tint of the same hue, at least 4.5:1 on the ground, for reading.
- Accent #C1727B5.2:1
- Taken as measured: the boldest colour covering at least 4% of the poster.

Questions organizers ask
Something else? Ask us or book a demo.
Do my buyers need an account?
No. Once they pay, an email brings their tickets as a link that opens on any phone. They can sign in later to see every order in one place.
How do buyers pay?
Through CHIP, a Malaysian payment gateway: FPX online banking, cards, DuitNow QR and e-wallets.
What does TicketCARE cost?
Nothing a month on Starter, the plan every organizer starts on. Free events carry no fee. A paid order carries one booking fee, per order and not per ticket, shown before payment. Your buyer pays it, or you absorb it.
Do I need my own payment gateway?
No. You can sell through TicketCARE's CHIP account with no setup. If you already have a CHIP account, add your keys and payments settle straight to you.
Can I refund a buyer?
Yes. Refund an order in full from your dashboard; the money goes back through CHIP and its tickets stop working.
Can one event run on several days?
Yes. Add dates and time slots to one event, with ticket types that each have their own price and sale window.
